Fundada por el presbítero José Eustorgio Rivas, es una estación que promueve la educación de los habitantes del campo, fomando parte del Sistema Educativo Radiofónico.

Neticede çoğunlukla film müziği üzerine çalıştığım için sözsüz müzikler yapmak benim gibiler için sıradan bir durum. Böylelikle daha ölçülü oturaklı şarkılar elde edilebiliyor.
