Una Tv Comunitaria, La Escuela de arte Popular Don Pio Alvarado, Sede de la Comuna Ataroa y Un sin Fin de organizaciones que hacen vida dentro de este espacio, Expresión de la organización Comunal. Esta emisora fue inaugurada por Chávez en el año 2.001, en su Aló Presidente número 74, transmitidos desde las instalaciones de la misma.
