En cabeza de los señores Nelson y Edilson Cardona Sepúlveda, quienes se reunieron con la organización, Junta De Acción Comunal Vereda La Gurria, llegando a un acuerdo mutuo y así presentar un proyecto de radio comunitaria ante el ministerio de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones MINTIC, esto en el mes de enero del año 2023.
