La Radio Escolar "LA 38 RADIO" es un proyecto educativo creado y gestionado por alumnos de la Escuela 38 de Santa Rosa, La Pampa con el objetivo de fomentar la expresión, la participación activa y el trabajo en equipo. Nació como una iniciativa dentro del espacio "Talleres", con el propósito de dar voz a los estudiantes, reflejar sus intereses y crear un canal de diálogo entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa. La radio está dirigida por un grupo de estudiantes de diferentes niveles que se organizan en equipos de producción, locución, técnica y contenidos. Los programas incluyen noticias escolares, entrevistas, debates, música, literatura, campañas de concientización y espacios de libre expresión.
