Dail Chambers is a multidisciplinary artist who lives in The Ville. Chambers’s artwork, Arrow Radio, is a twenty-four-hour radio program broadcast from Chambers’s recording studio. The continuous loop combines local and international content, including recordings about community resilience, public health, and Indigenous knowledge systems. The channel is made with local collaborators, such as the poet Treasure Shields Redmond and members of the Black Artist Group, and includes family stories, archival materials, agricultural updates, and futurist sounds. Arrow Radio also serves as essential infrastructure for emergency alerts, something the community needed during the tornado in May 2025.
