This culturally significant academic institution holds elaborate and complex ties to RTU Liepaja Academy and is a facilitator of many creative research oriented activities. After working hours various strange phenomena have been observed inside the facility, as well outside as outside. The Bean Bar has also been accused of connections with sex cults, criminal organisations, illegal rave organisers and vandals.
