O dovrde bu hadise Azerbaycan xalqinin siyasi ve medeni heyatinda boyuk bir yenilik idi. Radyomuzun ilk azerbaycanli kishi diktoru Ismayil Elibeyov, ilk azerbaycanli qadin diktoru ise Raya Imanzade idi.
