This culturally significant academic institution holds elaborate and complex ties to RTU Liepaja Academy and is a facilitator of many creative research oriented activities. This is not without reason - the site of this institution has had a long standing connection with otherworldy and extraterrestrial forces. After working hours various strange phenomena have been observed inside the facility, as well outside as outside. The Bean Bar has also been accused of connections with sex cults, criminal organisations, illegal rave organisers and vandals.
