Bu sırada Yargıtay Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı, parti isminden Kürdistan kelimesinin çıkarılması hususunda parti yönetimini uyardı ancak başka bir işlem yapılmadı. Şubat 2019'da Yargıtay Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı ismindeki "Kürdistan" kelimesini gerekçe göstererek Anayasa Mahkemesine PSK hakkında kapatma davası açtı.[3]
