La Radio Escolar "LA 38 RADIO" es un proyecto educativo creado y gestionado por alumnos de la Escuela 38 de Santa Rosa, La Pampa con el objetivo de fomentar la expresión, la participación activa y el trabajo en equipo. Nació como una iniciativa dentro del espacio "Talleres", con el propósito de dar voz a los estudiantes, reflejar sus intereses y crear un canal de diálogo entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa. La radio está dirigida por un grupo de estudiantes de diferentes niveles que se organizan en equipos de producción, locución, técnica y contenidos. Los programas incluyen noticias escolares, entrevistas, debates, música, literatura, campañas de concientización y espacios de libre expresión.

Legítima Estéreo es una emisora comprometida con informar, educar y entretener a sus oyentes a través de una programación variada, dinámica y de calidad. Nuestro propósito es fortalecer los valores, la cultura, la identidad y el sentido de pertenencia de la comunidad, brindando un espacio para la participación ciudadana, la difusión de acontecimientos locales, regionales y nacionales, así como la promoción del talento artístico y musical. Día a día trabajamos con responsabilidad, ética y profesionalismo para ofrecer contenidos que acompañen, inspiren e informen a cada uno de nuestros oyentes. Türkçe kullanımıyla müzik kelimesi esasen antik Yunanca kökenlidir, ilk kullanımı musike şeklindedir. Latinceye musica olarak geçen kelime, latin kökenli neredeyse bütün dillerde benzer şekilde kullanılmaktadır (İng. music, Alm Muzik, Fr. musique gibi). Arapçaya yine Yunancadan mûsîkıy olarak geçen kelime, Türkçeye de buradan aktarılarak 10.yüzyıldan bu yana musiki şeklinde kullanılmaya başlanmıştır.[4] Yunan mitolojisinde geçen ve esin perileri anlamına gelen muse sözcüğü, Türkçeye Musalar ya da Müz'ler olarak geçmiştir ve Türkçedeki müzik kelimesi de kökenini buradan alır (Müz'e ait, Müz'e yaraşır bir sanat anlamında).
