MAROS FM merupakan Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Lokal milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Maros yang beroperasi di gelombang 102,3 MHz. berdiri pada tanggal 07 Februari tahun 2008 sebelumnya bernama Radio BSFM dibawah koordinasi Badan Data sebagai Lembaga struktur pemerintah Kabupaten Maros. Setelah melakukan revisi kelembagaan pada tahun 2008 BSFM berada dibawah koordinasi Dinas Perhubungan dan Informatika dan Badan Data dihapuskan dari kelembagaan Pemerintah Kabupaten Maros. Tahun 2012 pemerintahKabupaten Maros membentuk sebuah lembaga setingkat eselon III yakni Kantor Komunikasi dan Informasi, maka disitulah kembali pusat koordinasi MAROS FM. Melalui Peraturan Daeran No. 13 Tahun 2014 Tentang pembentukan Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Maros fm , maka Maros Fm akhirnya berdiri sendiri sebagai sebuah
