An important first note that the imbedded audio streamer no longer works with Radio DJ. Altcast which was originally compatible with Radio DJ no longer works on the latest model so we have a new way of doing it. If you want to use altcast you will have to install an older version of Radio DJ. If you would like to see a video about using Altcast as a streamer let me know in the comments. Africa Unite is currently developing the Africa Unite Youth Radio, a digital media initiative aimed at creating a youth-driven platform for communication, education, dialogue and community engagement. The proposed platform seeks to use radio and digital media to promote Pan-Africanism, African unity, human rights and social cohesion, while creating space for young people, migrants, refugees and communities to share their experiences, perspectives and ideas. As part of the development process, Africa Unite convened a consultation with the CUT FM Station Manager on 28 August 2026.
