Suprema Stereo 107.4 HKA33, radio comunitaria nace de la necesidad de contar en el Municipio de Amalfi y la Subregión del Nordeste Antioqueño con un medio de comunicación comunitario, que satisfaga las necesidades comunicativas de una población objetivo. Es por ello que un grupo de personas enamoradas de la radio comunitaria, buscan la forma de gestionar una verdadera radio comunitaria. En cabeza de los señores Nelson y Edilson Cardona Sepúlveda, quienes se reunieron con la organización, Junta De Acción Comunal Vereda La Gurria, llegando a un acuerdo mutuo y así presentar un proyecto de radio comunitaria ante el ministerio de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones MINTIC, esto en el mes de enero del año 2023.
